STEEL HAWK BERHAD (SHB) is an investment holding company that was successfully listed on the Leap Market of Bursa Malaysia on 29 October 2021. STEEL HAWK ENGINEERING SDN BHD (SHESB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHB and was incorporated on 3rd October 2012.

SHESB which started out with operating agent-principal relationships, moved on to become a sub-contractor, forming joint-ventures and partnerships and progressed to running self-operated operations.
